The City of Torrington will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comments on the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget. The hearing will be held on June 16, 2026, in the Council Chambers located at 436 East 22nd Ave during the regularly scheduled Council Meeting.
