PUBLIC NOTICE

EASTERN WYOMING COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES NOTICE OF SPECIAL SESSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Eastern Wyoming College will hold a Special Session on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Dolores Kaufman Board Room, Tebbets 247on the Eastern Wyoming College campus located at 3200 West C Street, Torrington, Wyoming.
Purpose of the Meeting
The sole purpose of this special session is to conduct interviews for a replacement Trustee to fill the vacancy on the Board resulting from the recent resignation of Trustee Randy Adams.
Executive Session

Note: Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 16-4-405(a)(ii), the Board may move into Executive Session to consider the appointment of a public officer or to interview applicants for public office. No official action or voting will take place during the Executive Session.
Public Attendance
While the interview portions of the meeting may be conducted in Executive Session as permitted by law, the opening and adjournment of the meeting are open to the public.
