Request for Bids
Notice is given that Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) will receive sealed bids to purchase one (1) truck. Bidding instructions and specifications may be obtained by contacting Ms. Lynda Dean, EWC President's Office, telephone (307) 532-8303 or FAX
(307) 532-8329. Bids must be received by the EWC Business Office, 3200 West C Street, Torrington, WY 82240-1699, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026. At 2:05 p.m. that same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Dolores Kaufman Boardroom, room 274 in the Tebbet Classroom Building.
Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state."
EWC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding process, and are not bound by the lowest bid, but the bid determined to be in the best interest of the College. Submission of a bid constitutes agreement to these terms. A purchase order will be awarded after the bids have been reviewed by the EWC Board of Trustees.
