NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF LYLE WOYAK, DECEASED:
On May _15_, 2026, Susan Woyak acting as Personal Representative, fled in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, an application for a decree establishing the right and title to the property of the estate of Lyle Woyak, deceased, to-wit:
REAL PROPERTY:
That part of the NW1/4SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 15 Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. Goshen County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter Southwest Quarter (SE1/4SW1/4) of Section 15, Township 24, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. Goshen County, Wyoming and running thence East a distance of 397 feet and thence south a distance of 142 feet for the point of beginning; thence running south parallel to and with the East line of Section 15 a distance of 508 feet to the North line of the Harry Spilotis Tract; thence run East parallel to and with the North line of said Section 15 a distance of 508 feet, thence West parallel to and with the South line of said Section 15 a distance of 85 feet to the point of beginning.
which estate does not exceed $200,000.00 in value.

Said application is set for hearing on July 7, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, in Torrington, Wyoming, when and where any party shall come forward who has objections to the prayer of said application to vest and set over the right and title to the property pursuant to the intestate laws of the State of Wyoming.
