NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

That Patricia Susanne Temple, also known as Susie Temple, died on the 7th day of December, 2025 in Goshen County, Wyoming. That Michael D. Sills, son of the deceased, on the 12th day of May, 2026, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, his Application for Decree of Summary Distribution, pursuant to W.S.§ 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge the following be distributed to-wit:

i. James Earl Cagle, step-son, over the age of 18 20%
ii. Miriam A. Bullman, step-daughter, over the age of 18 20%
iii. Veronica L. Buntaran, step-daughter, over the age of 18 20%
iv. William J. Sills, son, over the age of 18 20%
v. Michael D. Sills, son, over the age of 18 20%

Lot 5, Block 4, BLOEDORN 5TH ADDITION, to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming
Personal Property

That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 a.m. on the 17th day of June, 2026, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;

IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter a Decree of Summary Distribution setting over the above-described real property and personal property as set forth above.
