SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
That William Erskine, also known as William B. Erskine, also known as William Bradley Erskine died on the 6th day of October, 2025 in Natrona County, Wyoming. That Juanita Kaye, sole beneficiary of the deceased, on the 29th day of April, 2026, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Summary Distribution, pursuant to W.S.§ 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge the following be distributed to-wit:
100% to Juanita Kaye Erskine
TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 63 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., GOSHEN COUNTY, WYOMING
SECTION 33: All of the NW¼ lying North of Pathfinder Irrigation Canal
That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 a.m. on the 2nd day of June, 2026, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter a Decree of Summary Distribution setting over the above-described real property as set forth above.
