1. Final Plat for the DSI Subdivision.
Proposed Zone District currently is FP, I-2, M-P, R-6
Proposed Zone District is lot 1, I-1 on lot 2, C-1A.

Legal Description: A 2-Lot, 2.57 Acre parcel located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 16, T24N, R61W of the 6th PM.
Property Address: (Current) 1102 West C Street.
A hearing of the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will be held on Tuesday 5/5/2026 @ 5:30 P.M., local time. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Torrington City Hall Torrington, Wyoming.
