PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Keith Alan Steinmetz has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of Roger Lee Steinmetz wherein he alleges the said Roger Lee Steinmetz died on the 24th day of June, 2025, a resident of Goshen County, State of Wyoming and at the time of death he was the owner of the following property in Goshen County, Wyoming:
The following described part of SW¼SE¼ of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., to-wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said SW¼SE¼; thence North along the East line of said SW¼SE¼, 260 feet; thence West in a line parallel with the South line of said SW, 168.1 feet to intersect the East line of a tract conveyed by the Lincoln Land Company to Martha Hatch by deed dated August 6, 1938; thence South in a line parallel with the East line of said SW¼SE¼ and along the East line of said Martha Hatch tract, 260 feet more or less to the South line of said SW¼SE¼; thence East along said South line, 168.1 feet to the place of beginning.

The application alleges that Gerald Lee Steinmetz, Thelma Glee Steinmetz, and Keith Alan Steinmetz are all the heirs at law of the decedent who have the right to succeed to the title to the property.
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, on the 1st day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears that the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
