NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HORACE C. COPPLE, DECEASED:
On March 2, 2026, Heidi A. Padilla, Rebecca A. Orr and Rachel M. Padilla, filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, an application for decree establishing the right and title to the property of the estate of Horace C. Copple, deceased, to-wit:
REAL PROPERTY:
Lot 2, Block 4, KENMOOR HEIGHTS, to the Town Of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
AND
The South 50 feet of the North 154 feet of Tract 23, in the North Torrington Subdivision, Goshen County, Wyoming.

which estate does not exceed $400,000.00 in value.
Said application is set for hearing on the 8th day of April, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, in Torrington, Wyoming, when and where any party shall come forward who has objections to the prayer of said application to vest and set over the right and title to the property pursuant to the intestate laws of the State of Wyoming.
