PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington, Wyoming will receive proposals from qualified Professional Mechanical Engineers licensed in the State of Wyoming to:
Evaluate and make recommendations to repair or replace components within the HVAC and hot water recirculating systems in the Lincoln Complex as called for in the Request For Proposal for the FY26 – Lincoln Complex HVAC Evaluation/Recommendations. All proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Jeff Harkins, Director of Public Works, jharkins@torringtonwy.gov by 2:00 P.M. Local Time, on the 8th day of April, 2026. The City will evaluate all proposals received and will execute an Agreement for Professional Services with the selected consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
