PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington, Wyoming will receive proposals from qualified consultants to evaluate and inventory:
the unknown pipe material used in water service lines at 661 locations within the City as called for in the Request For Proposal for the FY26 – Water Service Line Material Evaluation. All proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Jeff Harkins, Director of Public Works, jharkins@torringtonwy.gov by 2:00 P.M. Local Time, on the 11th day of March, 2026. The City will evaluate all proposals received and will execute an Agreement for Professional Services with the selected consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
