PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington, Wyoming will receive proposals from qualified design build contractors for the engineering, procurement, and installation of:
two complete diesel generator systems, one at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 651 Industrial Park Avenue, and one at the Booster Pump Station #2 (BPS-2) located at 2910 West C Street as called for in the Request For Proposal for the FY27 – WTP & BPS-2 Diesel Generator Systems. All proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Jeff Harkins, Director of Public Works, jharkins@torringtonwy.gov by 2:00 P.M. Local Time, on the 8th day of April, 2026. The City will evaluate all proposals received and will execute an Agreement for Professional Services with the selected contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

A complete Request for Proposal document in pdf format may be obtained after the 25th day of February, 2026, from the Director of Public Works via email request.
A mandatory pre-submittal conference shall be held at 1:00 P.M. on the 11th day of March, 2026 in the City Hall Conference Room, 436 East 22nd Ave., Torrington, Wyoming.
