NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN PORT A POTS BY TDS INC.:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on January 28, 2026, Port A Pots by TDS, Inc. filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Wyoming Secretary of State and will be winding up its affairs.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all Creditors having a claim against the Corporation are required to provide the following information to the Corporation: the amount of the claim, the date or dates on which the proposed liability was incurred, and a description of the product, services, or action which gave rise to the claim. The previous information shall be mailed to the offices of Nicholas and Tangeman, LLC at P.O. Box 928, Laramie, Wyoming 82073.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a claim against the Corporation will be forever barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years or the applicable statute of limitations, whichever is less, after the publication of this notice.
