NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION UNDER WYO. STAT. § 2-1-205
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Application for Decree of Distribution under Wyo. Stat. § 2-1-205 has been filed in the above-named Court alleging that the Decedent at the time of his death owned the following described real estate located in Goshen County, Wyoming:

Parcel 1:
A parcel of land situated within the E½SE½ of Section 5 and W½SW½ of Section 4, Township 26 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming, said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of Section 4, monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N30º23’24”E a distance of 1503.84 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap and being the Point of Beginning;
Thence S87°44’53”W a distance of 740.39 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;

Thence S87°30’35”W a distance of 772.52 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence S86°22’53”W a distance of 99.95 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N60°04’05”W a distance of 51.39 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N09°30’39”W a distance of 833.66 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence S65°41’02”E a distance of 114.82 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;
Thence N67°51’57”E a distance of 660.35 feet, to a point monumented by an aluminum cap;

Parcel 2:
Easement for the right of access to and from the land over the roads/access/utility easements described and located on Amended Record of Survey entitled “Pine Ridge Ranch” recorded July 19, 2004 as Plat Book II, Page 145, Records of Goshen County, Wyoming,
and requesting that the real estate be distributed to Brenda S. Eickhoff and Deanna B. Eickhoff-Brownell, Co-Trustees, under the Kenneth D. Eickhoff Revocable Trust dated April 12, 2007.
Any objection to said Application must be filed in said Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication. If no timely objections are filed, the Court shall enter the requested Decree establishing the right and title to said real property.
