NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
TAKE NOTICE that Steven W. Baker has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of Nadine M. Baker wherein he alleges Nadine M. Baker died on the 13th day of August, 2025, a resident of the State of Wyoming, and at the time of death she was the owner of the following real property in Goshen County, Wyoming:
Lot 13, Block 2, Halco’s 3rd Addition to the City of Torrington,
Goshen County, Wyoming.
The application alleges the Nadine Baker Living Trust under agreement dated July 18, 2006, and as amended on November 12th, 2009, October 8th, 2012, November 3rd, 2015, December 21st, 2020, April 24th, 2023, and May 1st, 2025, is the only beneficiary of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property.
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, on the 26th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
