AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION 10.36.010, 10.36.020, 10.36.030 and SECTION 12.16.020 OF THE TORRINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE, 2025 REVISIONS, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF BICYCLES – HUMAN POWERED SCOOTERS/SKATEBOARDS – ELECTRIC BICYCLES – POWERED SCOOTERS. This ordinance was passed and approved by the City Council on December 2, 2025. The entire ordinance is available for viewing Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM at City Hall located at 436 East 22nd Ave., Torrington, WY.
