PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Torrington will hold a council work session on Monday, October 13th at 3:00 PM in the Lincoln Community Complex Conestoga Room located on 436 East 22nd Avenue to discuss recycling, contractor’s license ordinance, funding of a new swimming pool boiler, and the Albany Avenue sewer extension proposal.
