PUBLIC NOTICE
SAC Wireless, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing Lattice Tower located at 625 College Drive, Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming 82240. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antennas at a centerline height of 80-ft on the 80-ft tower (84-ft to highest appurtenance).
