YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that certain personal property has been left, abandoned on the certain premises and real property recently vacated by you, more particularly described as: 1418 W. A Street, Apt. B, Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
Now that certain personal property that has been left and abandoned is more particularly described as, but not limited to: Small refrigerator, Living room furniture, Table & Chairs, Vacuum – canister, Wheelchair, Fan, Oxygen tank, Blankets, Bed & Dresser, Cane, Lamps, Clothing, Picture, Dishes, Desk
According to W.S. § 1-21-1210, the owner of the rental unit, Rizzuto Holdings, LLC, is providing you written notice that the above described property shall be disposed of after seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice if you or your agent does not notify the owner in writing within the seven (7) day period of your plan to take possession of the property. Please send any written notice to the attorney for the owners at the address listed below.
If the owner does not receive written notice from you or your agent of your intent to take possession of the above-described property within seven (7) days after service of this notice, the property described above shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the owner may retain or dispose of the property.
If you do provide the owner notice in writing within the seven (7) day period, you have seven (7) more days to collect said property. If you fail to take possession of the property within the additional fifteen (15) day period, the property shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the owner may retain or dispose of the property.
