NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the below Mortgage Foreclosure Sale is hereby POSTPONED to September 12, 2025 at the courthouse steps, Goshen County, WY at 10:00 a.m.
The Foreclosure Sale Postponement relates to the earlier Notice of Foreclosure Sale prepared by Centennial Lending, LLC, addressing a default in the payment of principal and interest that has occurred under the terms of a promissory note and mortgage dated July 31, 2009 executed and delivered by Linda L. Dunn, which Mortgage was recorded in favor of Blue Federal Credit Union, as Mortgagee, which Mortgage was recorded August 5, 2009 as Instrument No. 993846 in Book 987 at Page 18 in the office of the County Clerk of Goshen County, Wyoming. The said mortgage was then assigned to Centennial Lending, LLC.
The premises that are described in the Mortgage are as follows:

Lot 4, 5, and 6, Block 1, Second Addition, to the Town of Fort Laramie, Goshen County, Wyoming with a street address of 301 North Miles Avenue, Fort Laramie, WY 82212
Accordingly, the Foreclosure Sale set for August 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. is hereby postponed as above stated.
