PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Goshen County has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Goshen County and Bivens Construction, Inc. pursuant to the “Goshen County Road 25 Reconstruction” Project Manual, and that Bivens Construction, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 11th day of September, 2025, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Goshen County will pay to Bivens Construction, Inc. the full amount due under said contract.
