Address: 360 East 2nd Ave. Torrington, Goshen County WY
The above described premises was taxed in the name of Jamie Tippetts for the year 2020 and the same was sold for delinquent taxes by Goshen County on July 21, 2021 to Annabelle N Helms. The county treasurer thereafter issued certificate of purchase No. 16158 to Annabelle N Helms.
Wyoming law allows a CP holder to apply for a treasurer’s deed if such taxes remain unpaid for four years or more. The application for tax deed may be accepted by Goshen County on or after November, 14, 2025. Annabelle N Helms shall apply to Goshen County for a Treasurer’s Deed on November 17, 2025 unless subject C.P. is redeemed.
