Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board (GCC JPB) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year ending
June 30, 2026, which is now being considered by the Board, will be held at the Torrington City Hall Conference Room; 436 East 22nd Ave.; Torrington, WY 82240; on the 10th day
