NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

That Carmen M. Ramirez, died on the 27th day of December 2024, in Lyman, Scottsbluff County, Nebraska.
That Gilberto Ramirez, Spouse, on the 11th day of June, 2025 filed In The District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CARMEN M RAMIREZ, 2025-CV-0000052, his Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-201 and 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge according to Application for Decree, all personal property and real property of the following described property to-wit:

That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30am, on the 14th day of July, 2025, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief:
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
