PUBLIC NOTICE
The Goshen County Planning and Zoning Commission hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing on 21 May 2025 at 630pm. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit input from the public on the application of a Confined Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) permit renewal. The Goshen County Planning and Zoning Commission will receive input from members of the public regarding the application and administering the issued permit. Comments may be in support or against renewal.
Permit location: Lippincott Feedlot located at 5583 STATE HIGHWAY 92, TORRINGTON, WY. 82240
Location of Hearing: Commissioners Room Goshen County Court House.
All members of the public can provide comment by, in person conversation at hearing, speak with County Planner in office during regular hours, email comment to Planning Office (mtietjen@goshencountywy.gov) or thru the Planning and GIS web page in the comments section.
