NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Wanda K. Russ died on the 23rd day of August, 2024, in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, leaving Jiggs F. Babbitt, Shawnae Branigan, and Erika Rogers, as the sole heirs and beneficiaries of her Estate.
That Jiggs F. Babbitt, Shawnae Branigan, and Erika Rogers, on the 18th day of March, 2025, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, 2023, praying that the Court adjudge them to be the owners of the property of the Decedent and to distribute the same to them; the real property being described as follows:
Lot 10, Block 4, SECOND ADDITION to the Town of
Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming
SUBJECT TO AND EXCEPTING reservations, covenants, restrictions, and
Other matters of record.
Together with the 2013 Chrysler 200, and Universal Life Insurance policy proceeds.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court in the District Court Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o’clock a.m. on the 21st day of April, 2025, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over the above-described property owned by Decedent to Jiggs F. Babbitt, Shawnae Branigan, and Erika Rogers.
