NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Goshen County Board of Commissioners hereby gives notice of its intent to consider adoption of Updated Wind Energy Siting Regulations. The authority to enact the proposed rules are authorized by Wy Statute § 18-5-202 (c ). The Public Hearing will be held at the Commissioners’ Room, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 10:30 am on the 1st day of April, 2025, to afford all interested persons reasonable opportunity to submit data, views or argument, orally or in writing, concerning said regulations. The Regulation draft can be viewed on the County Planners page on the Goshen County Website at goshencountywy.gov or in person at the Goshen County Clerk’s office, Ste 120, 2125 East A St. You can write to the Goshen County Commissioners at PO Box 160, Torrington, WY 82240
