NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES ROBERT CURRY, DECEASED:
On March 6, 2025, Debra A. Curry, filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, an application for a decree establishing the right and title to the property of the estate of Charles Robert Curry:
REAL PROPERTY:
An undivided 50% to the following:
Condominium Unit Number 4, being one of the following: Condominium Units Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 each being individual ownership of the Torrington Townhouses Building Corporation, Torrington, Wyoming as set out in Condominium Declaration recorded May 22, 1968 in Book 309, Page 339, Goshen County Records and Amended Plat recorded June 22, 1994 in Plat Book II, Page 47, Goshen County Records.
which estate does not exceed $200,000.00 in value.

Said application is set for hearing on April 14, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, in Torrington, Wyoming, when and where any party shall come forward who has objections to the prayer of said application to vest and set over the right and title to the property pursuant to the intestate laws of the State of Wyoming. All objections shall be filed no later than 30 days after the date of the first publication pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205(f).
