NOTICE OF PROBATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in the Estate of Russell Hale Keithline: You are hereby notified that Jason Patrick Keithline, successor trustee of the Russell Hale Keithline Revocable Living Trust dated June 26, has filed with the Clerk of District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, in Docket No. 2025-CV-0000019, an Application for Decree of Distribution pursuant to W. S. §2-1-205, for the following described real property: Lot 2, WESTERN MEADOWS, a Subdivision, Goshen County, Wyoming AND A TRACT OF LAND in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 2, WESTERN MEADOWS, subdivision of a part of the W1/2NE1/4 of said Section 6 and considering the West line of said Lot 2 to bear South 00º40’26” West with all bearings herein being relative thereto; Thence South 00º40’26” W, along the West line of said Lot 2, a distance of 156.52 feet to the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 26-85; Thence North 59º53’30” West along said right-of-way line, a distance of 31.8 feet to an existing fence line; Thence North 00º40’07” West, along said fence line, a distance of 140.93 feet; Thence South 89º19’34” East, a distance of 31.04 feet to the Point of Beginning. Any action to contest the entry of such decree shall be filed with the Court within 30 days of the first publication of this notice or thereafter be forever barred.
