Brent Goodman, Plaintiff, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming, a Petition to Modify Custody, Visitation and Support, wherein Brent Goodman requests he be granted custody of the minor child, S.B., visitation established, child support be set and determine healthcare costs allocations and tax exemptions be determined. You must answer the above Petition to Modify Custody, Visitation and Support thirty (30) days from the first publication or judgment by default may be rendered against you if you fail to answer.
You are further notified Plaintiff has filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming, a Motion for Contempt and Order to Show Cause. Plaintiff requests an Order holding Defendant in contempt of court for her failure to follow the Orders of this Court. This matter has been set by the District Court for 9:00 a.m., March 25, 2025, the District Court, Goshen County.
