The annual meeting of Stockholders of the Lucerne Canal and Power Company will be held at the University of Wyoming SAREC, 2753 State Hwy 157, Lingle, Wyoming on Monday January 13, 2025 at 2:00 o’clock P.M. for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
