TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in the Estate of Linda Kessler: You are hereby notified that Donald Heiduck, Trustee of the Linda Kessler Trust Of September 28, 2023, has filed with the Clerk of District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, in Docket No. 2024-CV-0000104, an Application for Decree of Distribution pursuant to W. S. §2-1-205, for the following described real property: Township 19 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming, Section 7: E½SW¼..
