Notice is hereby given that Goshen County will receive sealed bids at the Goshen County Courthouse for the ”HRRR 2021: Guardrail & Delineators” project until 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Thursday, February 2, 2023. The work is described in the plans and specifications and on the bid schedule, and consists of the following major quantities (approximately):
MGS Terminal, Type I 12 EA
MGS Guardrail 3,016 LF
Flexible Delineators 37 EA
Bid forms, specifications, and plans may be obtained either in digital or hard copy format from BenchMark of Torrington, P.C., 119 East 19th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240, (307) 532-3811 or by emailing rachelle@benchmark-torr.com upon payment of $50.00 per set for hard copy or $25.00 per set for digital, non-refundable. Bid documents may be inspected at the above listed office from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Commissioners Room at the Goshen County Courthouse. It is recommended, but not mandatory, that all bidders interested in this project attend the pre-bid conference.
Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. This project will be funded with federal funds, and therefore, there will be no Wyoming Preference, and Davis-Bacon wages will apply. The sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope “HRRR 2021: Guardrail & Delineators.” THE BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
