LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to W.S. §4-10-507:
1. Dixie Lee Baldwin (the Decedent) died on the 18th day of March, 2024, a resident of Goshen County, Wyoming.
2. The Decedent created the Dixie Lee Baldwin Revocable Trust Agreement dated August 4, 1994.
3. Jamie Laughlin and Austin Jowell are Successor Trustees of said trust.
4. The Successor Trustees of said trust hereby publish notice of their intent to distribute the assets of the Settlor as permitted under the terms of the trust.
5. Creditors have 120 days from the first publication of this notice to contact the trust or make claims against the assets of the trust. Claims should be addressed to the Trustees of the Dixie Lee Baldwin Revocable Trust Agreement dated August 4, 1994, in care of Cook and Associates, P.C., P.O. Box 1345, Laramie, WY 82073. Creditor claims not filed within 120 days of the first publication are forever prohibited.
