The Town of Yoder shall hold a public hearing on April 13th, 2020 @ 6:45 p.m. in the Town Council Room, 215 Main Street, Yoder, Wyoming, to consider the proposed sale of Lots 01-02-03-04-05-06 of Block 03 of the Town of Yoder, Goshen County, Wyoming located at 222 Main Street in Yoder, Wyoming. The proposed sale shall be for the economic development of the municipality. The real property to be sold is valued at $2,600 per lot. This hearing shall be held pursuant to Wyoming Statute 15-1-112(b)(i)(D).
