NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF
DISTRIBUTION FOR REAL PROPERTY
To any interested person, you are hereby notified that on April 19, 2016, Kenneth Allen Shupp died testate in Goshen County, Wyoming. At the time of his death he owned a fee simple interest in and to the below described real property in Goshen County, Wyoming. On the 20th day of December, 2019, James E. Shupp, the Decedent’s son, filed a Petition for Summary Decree of Distribution of Real Property in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, Probate #PR-2019-57-DC pursuant to the provisions of W.S. § 2-1-205 (2019) to establish the right and title to said property in the name of James E. Shupp and Charles A. Shupp, as tenants in common. The real property subject to the Petition is more particularly described as:
Lot Four (4), Thirtieth (30th) Avenue Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen, County, Wyoming
Said Petition for Summary Decree of Distribution of Real Property is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, Goshen County, Wyoming. If no objections to said Petition are filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below and if it appears that the facts set forth in the Petition are not in dispute, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution establishing the right and title to the property in the name of James E. Shupp and Charles A. Shupp, as tenants in common.
