Notice of Application for Retail Liquor License Renewal
Notice Is hereby given that on or about the 5th day of January, 2019, the following filed an application for retail Liquor License renewals and Winery License renewal in the office of the Goshen County Clerk for the following described premises:
J & J Enterprises 4, LLC, dba LongBranch Steakhouse and Saloon; 10’ x 22.5’ room located on a tract of land in the S ½ NW ¼ SW ¼ , section 13, T21N, R62W of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming.
Western Cooperative Company, dba Frontier Mart: 12’ x 18’ dispensing room in a concrete block and steel frame building, approximately 41’ x 61’, located in the W½ of lot 11 and all of lot 12, Highway Subdivision, Goshen County, Wyoming.
BZ Hospitality LLC, dba Bucking Horse Steakhouse; The SW 35’ x 30’ corner of building in approximately the west 40’ of a 66’ x 108’ building located on a tract of land in the NW ¼ SW ¼ of section 27, T24N, R61W of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming.
Bear Creek Enterprises, LLC dba Bear Creek Enterprises, An 13.5’ x 8’ room in the NW corner of a 17’ X 30’ building located on a tract of land in the SE ¼ NW ¼ and NE ¼SW ¼ of section 6, T19N, R61W of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming.
Table Mountain Vineyards, LLC; a 48’ x 60’ room on the 2nd floor of a 48’x 60’ building on a tract in the E ½ NW ¼ NE ¼ of section 9, T22N,R60W, Goshen County, Wyoming. (Retail License and Winery License).
Emporium at Hawk Springs LLC; a 16’x16’ area on the north side of a building on a tract of land in Old Town of Hawk Springs Lots 22-25 Block 3.
And, protests, if any, against the issuance of such licenses, will be heard at 11:45 A.M. on the 7th day of February, 2019, in the County Commissioners Room, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming.
