8:56 a.m. – Filthy premise, East B Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to someone regarding a neighbor allegedly throwing yard waste by the dumpster; Waste blows all over the caller’s yard.

8:58 a.m. – Animal call, East K Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to someone regarding a dog attack.

12:14 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West D Street, Torrington – Caller reported they just received a telephone call regarding computers.

3:26 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported their vehicle was broken into sometime during the day.

5:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Individual went to the police department and requested to speak to an officer regarding an unknown party stealing mail.

2:47 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Caller said they believe their granddaughter, daughter and friend sent a text.

10:41 a.m. – Animal call, U.S. Hwy. 85, Goshen County – Caller said they believed someone shot a deer.

1:46 p.m. – Assist the public, West C Street, Torrington – Caller requested to meet with an officer regarding a group of boys alleged harassing her son.

3:07 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported being threatened.

3:08 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, East D Street, Torrington – Caller reported a vehicle hit their parked car.

9:22 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported they lost control and hit the fence.

11:38 a.m. – Parking complaints, Park Avenue, Torrington – Unattached camper trailer.

2:03 p.m. – Assist the public, East 20th Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer regarding personal issues.

5:22 p.m. – Traffic violations, no address listed – Caller reported someone driving without a license; Gone on arrival.

11:14 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East H Street, Torrington – Caller reported receiving a call; Individual said they were with the city of Torrington and tried to sell something not identified in the report.

12:18 p.m. – Any civil problem, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing vehicle repossession.

2:18 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing getting a drug screening for his daughter.

5:26 p.m. – Traffic violations, Main Street and Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported they were behind another a woman in another vehicle who caller said almost ran over a pedestrian.

10:47 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer regarding an unidentified man speaking to his 14-year-old niece.

10:30 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Caller requesting to speak to an officer regarding prescriptions that were either lost or stolen.
