TORRINGTON – Parents Brittney and Nicholas Rost of Torrington announce the birth of their son, Kaiser Dwain.
Kaiser was born at 6:57 a.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2018, weighing eight pounds and measuring 21-inches.
Grandparents are Dave and Joey Rost and Michella Dalton, all of Torrington.
