The Doggers picked up six, fifth-place votes to move ahead of Saratoga, who fell to Hanna-Elk Mountain.

LINGLE – With Friday’s 48-45 win over Kaycee, the Lingle-Fort Laramie High School football team moved into the top five of the 6-Man Classification of the WyoPreps.com Coaches and Media Poll.
The Doggers picked up six, fifth-place votes to move ahead of Saratoga, who fell to Hanna-Elk Mountain.
With the win, the Miners moved up to No. 2 in the rankings after Farson-Eden, who fell one spot to No. 3, was shutout by Little Snake River. Hulett remains at No. 4.
The Doggers travel to Guernsey on Friday for a 7 p.m. match up against the Vikings.
In Class 1A, Southeast’s loss to No. 2 Upton-Sundance didn’t hurt them in the rankings much.
Southeast is tied with Wright at No. 4 in the rankings.
Those two teams will square off Friday in Wright for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
Big Horn remains No. 1, while Upton-Sundance moves back in front of Cokeville after their win over Southeast.
In Class 3A, Star Valley, Cody and Jackson continue to hold down the top three spots. Lander Valley moves into the top five at No. 4, replacing Douglas, who lost to Worland, while Powell remains at No. 5.
Torrington hosts Worland at 7 p.m. Friday at Wiseman Field.
