TORRINGTON – Frank Garcia Jr. and Jenny Marsden of Torrington announce the birth of a daughter, Izabella Nicole Garcia.
Izabella was born a 7:34 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017, at Community Hospital in Torrington. She weighed four pounds, four ounces and measured 17.75 inches at birth.
Grandparents are Frank and Esther Garcia of Torrington, and Lloyd and Diane Marsden of Sheriden.
