Matt Matlock with the Torrington fire department with Shawna Paules and Kyle Rafferty draw for the winner of the first gun raffle of 2018 on Monday, April 9 at J.G. Edwards in Torrington. The gun a 40 Caliber Smith and Wesson was won by Chris Miller. County Fire Warden Bill Low said, ‘that through the years people who wanted to make a donation to the fire Department bought tickets to the gun raffle and if they won would donate the gun back for the next raffle.
