TORRINGTON – Caleb and Loleen Carter of Torrington announce the birth of a son, Emmett Russell.
Emmett was born at 12:21 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, at Community Hospital in Torrington. He weighed 8-pounds, 4-ounces and measured 21.25 inches at birth.
Grandparents are Brent and Denise Winter of Sheridan and Mick and Terry Carter of Livingston, Mont.
