NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th day of January, 2022, Amanda Manchester filed an Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property seeking an establishment in the name of Amanda Manchester and Molly Elder, of the decedent’s right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, Second Addition to the Town of Fort Laramie, Goshen County, Wyoming
Parcel 2:
Lot 1, and the South 35 Feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Frontier Addition, to the Town of Fort Laramie, Goshen County, Wyoming
Together with water rights, all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging; and subject to all reservations of record.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the applicant will request that the Court enter a decree establishing in them all right, title and interest in and to the above described real property.
