A public hearing will be held by the Goshen County Planning Commission to consider an application pursuant to Goshen County Appendix E of the Goshen County Land Use Plan regarding Confined Animal Facility Regulations. The Facility under review is Dinklage Feed Yard Inc. located at 5596 US Highway 26, Torrington, WY requesting an expansion of the existing permit to 33,000 head of beef cattle.
The hearing will be held at the office of the County Commission, County Courthouse, Torrington, WY on Wednesday September 16, 2020.
