NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENTS ESTATE
That Esther Mae Garrelts died on the 26th day of February, 2020, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Dorothy Fornstrom, William Garrelts, Joyce Schubarth, Wayne Garrelts, Brian Brady, Brady Hickman, and Brandy Hickman, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That Dorothy Fornstrom, William Garrelts, Joyce Schubarth, Wayne Garrelts, Brian Brady, Brady Hickman, and Brandy Hickman, the above named beneficiaries, on the 28th day of July, 2020, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2017), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real and personal property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed as follows:
Real Property:
Unit B, Barthel and Dermer Condos, Second Filing of Haught 4th Addition, City of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, according to the Plat thereof recorded August 13, 2002 in Plat Cabinet II, Slot 115 of the Goshen County Records, as amended by that certain Agreement and Amendment to Dedication of Barthel and Dermer Condos, Second Filing of Haught 4th Addition, City of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, dated October 9, 2008, and recorded October 9, 2008 in Book 761, Page 180 of the Goshen County Records.

That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:15 oclock a.m., on the 2nd day of September, 2020. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
