PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to Wyoming Statute 11-11-105, Yoder Wyoming Grain Company, located at 5027 County Road 37;Yoder, WY 82244 has allowed to let its Wyoming grain warehouse license expire and has requested that their warehouse bond be released. Any persons having an outstanding lien against Yoder Wyoming Grain Company shall contact the Wyoming Department of Agriculture by certified mail at: Wyoming Department of Agriculture; Attention: Grain Warehouse; 2219 Carey Ave; Cheyenne, WY 82002 within 60 days of the first printing of this notice. If no complaints are heard within this time and after an audit has been completed and satisfied by the Department the warehouse bond shall be released.
