2:12 a.m. – Open door or window, Torrington – Report of a vehicle in a field with the door open and trash all over.

3:18 a.m. – Suspicious activity, West C Street, Torrington – Unidentified individual has been kicked out of the residence; reportedly returned drunk to retrieve belongings; individual arrested.

8:36 a.m. – Parking complaint, West C Street, Torrington – Report of two truck-trailer combos parked; warnings issued.

1:01 p.m. – Traffic violations, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Report of a black truck pulling a double trailer hauling rocks; back of trailer reportedly open and rocks spilling onto the roadway.

4:14 p.m. – Civil problem, East A Street, Torrington – Caller reported he bought a motor, guaranteed by the seller; caller said he got the motor home, but it smokes and burns oil; caller requested information on what he can do about it.

4:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26, Fort Laramie – Caller reported a male inside cutting his hair off with a knife; appeared he was trying to quickly change his appearance.

5:37 p.m. – Assist the public, West 25th Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested information about the bus he saw in the newspaper.

March 30

11:24 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Golf Course Road, Torrington – Noticed some things missing.

12:55 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Counterfeit bill passed.

3:40 p.m. – Traffic hazard, U.S. Hwy. 85, LaGrange – Report of a large recreational vehicle, looked like the top had been ripped off.

4:04 p.m. – Disturbance, State Hwy. 92, Torrington – Verbal altercation; caller reported the other party had a group of people with him.

6:09 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Counterfeit bill passed.

11:52 p.m. – Minor having consumed, West C Street, Torrington – Report of students drinking; requested an officer to assist.

March 31

2:50 a.m. – Assault, West B Street, Torrington – Caller claiming two males hit a female.

9:44 a.m. – Assist the public, East 6th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported trash in their yard, claiming it came from their neighbors.

12:06 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 31, Torrington – Caller reported a woman knocked on the door, asked if there were kids around.

4:43 p.m. – Harassment, Albany Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported issues with a neighbor; requested officer to help reach resolution.

6:43 p.m. – Disturbance, West C Street, Torrington – Loud music complaint.

7:32 p.m. – Assault, Laramie Street, Torrington – Report of residents fighting.

11:44 p.m. – Disturbance, East C Street, Torrington – Report of an individual, intoxicated, throwing things and breaking party; Subject arrested.

April 1

2:13 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West 25th Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested contact with an officer referencing someone coming into the home while they’re sleeping.

2:32 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requesting a gasoline card in case her ex gets out and she needs to leave the house.

3:10 p.m. – Assist other agency, Road 19, Yoder – Report of an antelope stuck in a barbed-wire fence on the west side of the road; unable to reach game officers.

4:07 p.m. – Assist the public, East D Street, Torrington – Report of a group of six or seven youths throwing snowballs at passing vehicles.

6:13 p.m. – Vandalism, East C Street, Torrington – Reported the windshield of their van is broken; caller said they think the neighbors did it, requested to speak to an officer regarding the damage.

April 2

10:26 a.m. – Animal Call, East B Street, Torrington – Questions regarding stray cats.

1:15 p.m. – Assist the public, McKenna Road, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer referencing a phone call she received.

1:21 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West E Street, Torrington – Caller advised he was supposed to have received a package the previous week; tracking number search shows the package was delivered but the caller said he never was able to find it.

2:12 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported an unidentified subject dumped gas on the porch and set it on fire, then claimed it was an accident and extinguished the fire.

7:16 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Caller said they witnessed a shoplifting incident; unknown what was taken.

April 3

12:25 a.m. – Prowler, Road 37, Hawk Springs – Report of unknown subject, possibly on the north side of the residence; unknown vehicle or anyone who should be there.

12:52 p.m. – Trespass, East Valley Road, Torrington – Business closing; caller requested assistance to have a silver car removed from the property; said occupants had been asked to leave
once before.

9:47 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Cemetery Road, Lingle – Caller suspects someone stole road damage signs from somewhere in the county; Caller didn’t believe the wind took them, as the stands are still in place, but the actual signs are missing.

6:59 p.m. – Traffic violation, West B Street, Torrington – Caller complained about a subject driving past their house several times making lots of noise; reportedly subject riding unsafely on the handle bars. 

10:05 p.m. – Harassment, East K Street, Torrington – Caller reported his ex-wife is messaging his fiancé on social media; Said they tried to block her but she keeps creating incidents.

April 4

2:46 a.m. – Prowler, Road 66 V, Torrington – Report of a prowler moving around the residence with a flashlight.

8:03 a.m. – Traffic hazard, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Report of a railroad truck dragging cable off the back.

9:31 a.m. – Assist the public, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reporting she drove through a stop sign; wanted to report herself.

10:09 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 37, Hawk Springs – Prowler around the property, possibly two individuals; unknown description.

2:32 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 39 N, Torrington – Caller reported receiving a telephone call the previous day from someone trying to get credit card information.

6:52 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Report of a man walking around, asking for free food; Caller requested officer to ask the man to leave.

10:11 p.m. – Disturbance, East 21st Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported the people across the alley were having a loud party.
