TACOMA, Wash. – Madeline Michele Ramirez 57, daughter of Mary Jo Esquibel and Eusbio (Johnny) Ramirez passed away due to injuries sustained after being hit by a drunk driver. 

She is survived by her nieces she raised, Maddie Savage and Stevie (Benjamin) Ashburn and their three girls Sofia, Annabell and Rylee, two brothers Stephen Vargas, Robert Esquibel, six sisters, Rita Marques, Loretta (Rudy) Sarceno, Christine Ahlat, Melinda (Dave) McLean, Tammi Esquibel, Leilani Swain, several nieces nephews who loved her, also her Uncle Paul (Vee) Puebla and Aunts Mique Boles, Margaret Puebla, Alice Howard and many cousins who will all miss her laughter and positive outlook on life!  

Thank you to the Esquibel Family for loving her as your own and being there throughout her life! She is preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Chris Esquibel, her grandparents and a niece. 

She will be cremated and on May 15 - May 17, 2020 her family will have a private memorial in celebration of her life where we will spread her ashes on the Oregon Coast where she always found peace and tranquility. 

We would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash., who did everything they could to help her and make her comfortable. She will be very missed, we will always love her but she is now at Peace!
