TORRINGTON – Gretchen Gail Hughes, 81, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2022 at Torrington Community Hospital in Torrington. Gretchen was born Sept. 26, 1940, in Loveland, Colorado; the daughter of Clyde and Fern (Weber) Bauer.
